Security and the issues that relate to data are extremely important, but it is also a competitive market. Privacera developed new brand positioning and messaging with the intent to set the tone for Privacera’s next phase and make their intentions known. Together, we outlined objectives that would increase company brand visibility, audience reach, and engagement, while gaining share of voice over competitors.
Actual took on the challenge of elevating brand awareness and understanding through thought leadership, media relations, digital marketing, and awards in order to catapult Privacera into the industry spotlight. We proposed a media strategy that dove into industry trends including forecasting and developed unique storylines to share various perspectives from executives of Privacera. In addition, we issued ongoing company announcements highlighting growth, partnerships, and recognition in order to maintain momentum, and set out to establish relationships with journalists.
In the first six months of partnership, our team increased the share of voice by 10% among competitors and achieved more than 700 million unique media impressions. Actual secured articles in target publications in the security and data space, as well as business media including: Business Insider, Dark Reading, Security Magazine, Datanami, insideBIGDATA and CSO Magazine, to name a few. With a focus on establishing a unique brand voice online with an emphasis on interacting with partners, our team drove an increase in new followers, engagements and overall impressions across Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter.
